We have been SO EXCITED to get in this new line, waiting for it to come in has been so hard!!! It is FINALLY here and it was so worth the (agonizing) wait!! The very talented Thakoon Panichgul's contemporary line, +hakoon (pronounced Thakoon Addition), now in it's second season, is so beautiful you would never know he has an even higher-end line than this!

This smoky hot jersey-combo blazer from the Fall 2010 Helmut Lang runway just came in!!!!
This is how it went: we unpacked the box, we tried it on, then we got fashion-high from how amazingy-amazingness we looked while wearing this gift from fashion-heaven. Then we cried. Then we dealt with it and went back to our regular lives.
Soooooo... each side of the jersey drape front 'snaps' onto the opposite side with magnets, but can also be worn open(!), while each gorgeous side of the jersey drapes around you like a slinky blanket of you-know-what. *love*

The sweatpants were technically from the 1st delivery, but this amazing tweed double breasted blazer is now in to complete the outfit! Also from this delivery: a cashmere knit blazer with gold buttons, and adorable matching mini skirt.

This delivery is so delicious I almost don't want to tell anyone else about it and keep it all for myself. Oh my god these double face coats are SO NICE!! I don't even know which one I like better... the black trench coat style one or the charcoal grey hooded duffle coat style. HELP!!!
This cardigan makes me crazy. It feels and looks like a billion dollars. See how nicely all three of these items go back to the Joseph cashmere grey turtleneck (with leather elbow patches!!!), the Joseph gabardine stretch riding pants (leggings) in army green, and the Sartore western style motorcycle boots?! *drool* *love*

One of my favourite looks of all time is a Gary Graham draped dress with a belt, paired back to a chunky oversize knit and an ankle boot. No surprise then that this delivery from the NYC based genius makes my mouth water.
Oversize charcoal grey textured boyfriend cardigan? CHECK! Amazing draped dress in a gorgeous (and relatively unusual) shade of burnt orange? CHECK!! The perfect distressed tripe/quadruple wrap belt to rough it up a bit? CHECK!! The Sartore ankle boots? Well, they go with everything, but they round out this look perfectly.

We are pretty obsessed by the idea of these black velvet bad boys with just about everything! Dresses, skinny jeans and a blazer, baggy menswear pants and an Isabel Marant linen tee...
They come with the grosgrain ribbon laces (as shown) as well as with regular black laces.

Everyone loves it when the runway items finally arrive in store!
You should see the fabric of this stunning dress close up, it's so unusual. A wool/silk blend; it holds it's shape really well. We also have in an equally lovely blouse in the same fabric.
This lovely dress also just arrived; done in another really unusual fabric, a 100% wool gauze sort of material. I have a feeling it was hand dyed, the texture and variation in the colour is incredible!
This silk tank with lace/smocking detail is an absolutely stunning layering piece, we have it in this lovely burnt peach, and also in black.
Ohhhhh, Isabel Marant... you drool-maker you...
We have received in our gorgeous second delivery of the season, full of yummy runway items (or the close cousins of the items on the runway)!
