Misch has joined forces with the PACE (Prostitution Alternative Counselling Education) SOCIETY for the month of June. The PACE SOCIETY is a non-profit located in the Downtown Eastside that helps people involved in survival sex work make profound changes in their lives. They employ a strengths-based approach to empower their members to help themselves make positive choices. They assist them with life-skills, so that although most of them are coping with obstacles such as poverty and trauma, they have the opportunity to achieve the goals they set for themselves.
Many of the members at PACE SOCIETY are in desperate need of clothing, so we are asking our clients if they would like to clean out their closets for a good cause! Bring your clothing donations to Misch, office appropriate wear is needed the most, but all kinds of clothing is need too, even like, hoodies! To show our appreciation, we are extending 10% off all of our regular price merchandise to anyone making donations, after all, that's the best part of closet cleaning: closet replenishing!
Pieces of significant value will be auctioned off on eBay with proceeds going to PACE SOCIETY. All other items will go directly to PACE SOCIETY members.
